YOUR PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH TEACHER:

TEACHER, ECONOMIST, HR SPECIALIST
STORY:
TEACHING PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATION
After gaining extensive work experience in fast-paced corporate as well as SME business environments,
9 years ago, I started teaching Professional English and Communication
in my, full-time training business, called SciEng.
Since then I have been helping professionals communicate about their work not only with correct and fluent English,
but also in a professional style and at the international standard required at modern workplaces.
I am very proud of my learners because they devote regular time to attend the lessons and study beside their really busy carreer!
INDEPENDENT LEARNING
However, I have seen many, just as dedicated professionals, who seriously struggle with squeezing the lessons into their tight schedule.
There are times in our lives when we cannot take on regular commitments and would prefer to learn independently at our own time and pace.
Sounds familiar to you? Well, I hope to support exactly these professionals in the English on the Job learning system.
ROLE-BASED LEARNING
English on the Job attempts to work with a role-based approach to make learning Professional English more efficient.
As we fill roles in our workplace, we do the same activities and use the same kind of thinking and language in any industry.
In this way, the role-based learning system is working for any professional.
What’s more, the modular system will help you take control of your own studies and mix and match your courses,
like clothes, only the ones you need at the moment for the tasks you are busy doing.

RE-ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH
I also realized while supporting learners and organizations in developing the learners’ English skills that
Professional English itself needs some re-engineering to fit the needs of both the modern workplaces and the learners.
At English on the Job, I hope to make a difference how English is used and looked at in the workplaces
not only for better productivity, but for better employee experience, too.
BETTER EXPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
After graduating as an HR specialist a few years ago, I started to actively apply my new knowledge in my courses
to make learning a better experience and understand the needs of both employee and employer better.
English on the Job learning materials are hard professional stuff, and they have to be,
because the standards and stakes are really high nowadays at workplaces.
But, I am also aware that learning English for work is often a source of stress for people
and learning besides working is exhausting and difficult,
so I will try to make this a pleasant and safe space for you, guys.
I honestly believe you will easily re-engineer your Professional English here at English on the Job.
I will do my best to support that!
