2. In August, 2025, the Harvard Business Review conducted an analysis of over 1,000 occupations and hundreds of skills, capturing 70 million job transitions to check the most important factor with job transition. They found that

„as technical complexity rises, the glue that keeps talent productive is social skill, communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and the ability to coordinate diverse expertise.”

The article also mentions

„other fundamental capabilities such as critical thinking, complex problem solving, and reasoning”

as key factors for dynamic and collective work environment in the modern enterprise.
